Welcome to Jhalana Leopard Reserve. The domain name Jhalanaleopardreserve.com is owned by India based eco-tourism agency named Wild Enthusiast. We use the term “You,” which refers to the user or viewer of the website; if you will use the services provided by this website, it means you will agree with all our terms and conditions.

Jhalana Safari Booking Policy

1. You have to pay full fees for safari booking in advance to get your booking confirmed.
2. Booking is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged with anyone.
3. No refund or cancellation is allowed on confirmed bookings.
4. In case of any revision of fees after the booking or incomplete occupancy, you will be liable to pay the difference at the time of entry into the park.
5. You must carry the same ID card that you submitted during the booking.
6. The park may be closed without assigning any reasons to the visitors by the forest officials of Jhalana Leopard Reserve.
7. Park timing are managed by the forest department of Jhalana Leopard Reserve and can be changed without any prior notice.
8. Allotment of the safari Vehicle is not in our hand it is done by the forest department of Jhalana Leopard Reserve, Gypsy or e-vehicle any vehicle can be allotted.
9. We are not representative of the Forest department of Rajasthan, and we don’t work on behalf of the Forest department or government. We are an established Eco Tourism Agency and registered with the Directorate of economics and statics Rajasthan, Jaipur.
10. We would not be responsible for any inconvenience that happens after Boarding the Safari. (Flat tire, Guide or Driver Misconduct, Driver doesn’t complete the safari duration, etc.).
11. We are a private tour operator; we provide hassle-free & time-saving safari booking services. 
12. We charge a convenience fee on the government Safari ticket price for getting the Jeep Safari Booking confirmed.
13. Shikar Hodi Zone is not included in the all zone, you have to pay 1500 INR extra to add the same into safari. All zone includes only zone 1 & zone 2. 
14. We charge 1500 INR – 10000 INR as convenience fees per Jeep/e-Vehicle Safari booking.
15. Please feel free to research Safari’s price, and once you book with us, no questions on charges will be entertained.
16. Jhalana Safari can also be booked on the spot from the Ticket window of the forest department (Safaris are subject to availability). 
17. Making a reservation will imply your agreement to any and all of the terms and conditions mentioned above. There shall be no cancellation/refund for any safari under any circumstances, and no request shall be entertained for refund/rescheduling of the safari.
